In the fall of 2018, my friend Cathy and I decided we wanted to come up with our own line of essential oil products. We are both involved in trying to take a lot of chemicals out of our households and we knew for many people who tried to get involved in using essential oils that it was too tricky for them or they could not dedicate the time to learn as much as they wanted.
Based off of what people wanted, we decided we still wanted people to be involved in essentials oils and love them like we did. That’s where we came up with Lockwood Ridge Handmade Essential Oil Products. (The name is a combination of our street names – Cathy’s Husband came up with it!)
Deciding what we wanted to make was not hard as we wanted to make items that were broad, had many uses and were also practical. Our main line & top sellers consist of the following:

Overall I have loved starting this with Cathy. Sure it gets hard but anything worth doing has obstacles to get over. Cathy is so knowledgeable and mixes most of our products. I do a lot of the social media. It works wonderfully for both of us & we’re looking forward to expanding and growing. November 2019 will be 1 year! yahoo! Check us out!
