We flew into Reno because we knew we wanted to go through Tahoe again and Reno was the closest airport. We actually had a good flight – really liked flying United.
When we landed it was only 12:30pm in Reno so we still had the whole day and we’d been flying so we wanted to walk around.
There’s a super cute river with a path all the way around it, we walked that and saw some crazy people in like mini kayaks doing tricks and flips and turns in the ripples. It was fun to watch.
We watched some hippies twirl things in the park and then decided to get lunch/dinner. We ate at a place on the river called Campo. It was kind of expensive but everything there was and we were hungry. Food was good, a little windy but nice to be outside in the sun!
That was it! That was all we did in Reno! We needed to get to Tahoe by that evening and it was a 45 minute drive there. So we left and started heading towards Tahoe!
